The Housing Authority of Southeastern Utah Mission Statement: “Develop Quality and Affordable Housing Opportunities in Southeastern Utah”.

Our coverage area is Grand County to San Juan County. We provide HUD Housing Choice Vouchers also known as Rental Assistance. We offer USDA Rural Development Mutual Self Help Housing homeownership program, CROWN or Credits-to-OWN 15-year lease to own program. Property Management, sponsor Homeownership Workshops and Trainings. American Red Cross Emergency Utility Assistance. We also participate in the Utah Network Individual Development Accounts program for our clients who participate in the Family Self Sufficiency program through HUD.
