Cost of damage will be levied against the deposit posted with the county. Security deposits will be forfeited when notice of cancellation is less than 24 hours.
A license is Not required if the event is not open to the public or advertised. Guests are invited to attend and pay no admission fees. Often a wedding, reception or birthday. A license is required if you are selling the alcohol at the event.
: Any fundraiser, meeting, class, workshop, etc. that is open to the public, advertised and/or there is an admission fee requires and license.
Required licensing: City of Moab Special Event Business License, City of Moab Alcohol License, State of UT Single Event Alcohol Permit or Temporary Special Event Business Licenses.
All tenants must have their own liability insurance or the opportunity to purchase TULIP insurance is available. Insurance must be in place at least two days prior to the event taking place.
