Project Title:              Sky Retreat at Westwater rezone for Overnight Accommodations Overlay (OAO)-Campground district 

Project Address:         Grand County parcel no. 04-0025-0105 (Within Section 16, T20S, R25E,

SLB&M)

Project Description:     The application is for an OAO-/Campground rezone for a 40 acre parcel in the Westwater area. The applicant proposes developing an off-grid educational retreat centered on astronomy. The proposal includes plans for 16 cabins, one common building with communal kitchen and two bathhouses. As well as two Observation areas for stargazing, and two employee residences. The applicant has processed the rezone application in accordance with State and County regulation.
