Project Title: La Sal Peaks Rezone from Rural Residential (RR) to Small Lot Residential (SLR) zoning district
Project Address: Grand County Parcel No. 02-0026-0040 (Within Section 26, T26S, R22E
Project Description: The application is for a General Rezone request of an 11.01 acre parcel located at 4400 Spanish Valley Drive at the Southwest corner of Moffitt Lane and Spanish Valley Drive. This request would change the existing zoning from Rural Residential (RR) to Small Lot Residential (SLR). The applicant proposes developing a 20-30 lot subdivision to allow for the development of residential lots and/or housing that will target middle-income buyers.
The applicant has processed the rezone application in accordance with State and County regulation.
