NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
GRAND COUNTY, UTAH
Canyonlands Field Airport heater upgrade to terminal building roof top units.
Grand County will accept proposals to provide heater upgrade to terminal building roof top units, from the first date of publication of this Notice until April 6th, 2020 at 4:00 P.M. (MST). The full description of the procurement item(s) sought, full scope of work, description of the subjective and objective criteria that will be used to evaluate the proposal and how they are weighted, the formula that will be used to determine the score awarded for each proposal, and the standard contractual terms and conditions required (collectively, the “RFP Documents”) are available at www.grandcountyutah.net. All submittals must be delivered to the Grand County Clerk’s Office by U.S. mail or hand-delivery at 125 East Center Street, Moab, Utah 84532 and should be marked “Canyonlands Field Airport heater upgrade to terminal building roof top units” in a sealed envelope. No faxes or email bids will be accepted.
Each offeror shall include in its proposal a description of the offeror’s company safety plan and offeror’s safety plan for the specific project that is the subject of the proposal.
The earliest date that Grand County may make the procurement is April 9th, 2020.
Grand County reserves the right to reject any and all submittals; or waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of Grand County to the extent permitted under the RFP Documents. For further information, please contact the Council Office Assistant at 435-259-1342.
