Bio: Jim worked for 28 years with the National Park Service in 7 states including Utah, Colorado, Oregon and California. He retired as Chief Park Ranger after 14 years at Arches National Park. He has had experience in many facets of the Incident Command System from ground-pounding grunt to Incident Commander. Besides SAR Jim's outdoor interests include hiking, biking, boating and skiing.
