On Saturday March 21, 2015 at approximately 10:57PM the Grand County Sheriff Office was notified of an ATV accident in the White Wash Sand Dunes Area. Grand County Sheriff Office Deputies, Grand County Search and Rescue, and Grand County Emergency Medical Services responded and discovered the individual had driven his ATV off a cliff approximately 65 feet tall. The fall was fatal. Emergency personnel recovered the body.
