About Public Service Requests
Per USC§ 20A-2-603 through 607, voter registration information (otherwise known as a Public Service Request, or PSR) can be purchased from County Clerk Offices or the Lieutenant Governor's Office for defined purposes.
Baseline information that is included in the data file generated is: name, address, precinct, party affiliation, age range, and district. Vote History (2017 - present) is provided for individuals if requested on the form. Email address, phone number, and at-risk voter information are not available.
To make a Public Service Request, fill out the form below. When your data request is received, we will reach out to request payment, which can be taken over the phone or in person. For speedier assistance, you can also call to pay over the phone during office hours at (435) 259-1321.
The PSR reports are generated by the State Election Office and the fees are set by them. (See fee schedule below) The PSR data will come in three (3) different files: A voter list, a vote history list, and a precinct – district list. It can take up to ten (10) business days from the date that your request is received with our staff to be processed.
When you have paid your fee, your data will be emailed to you in a CSV document. If any of what is described above does not meet your needs, it is your responsibility to let us know before we generate your file. Refunds will not be issued after your data file has been sent.
